The Amazon MP3 includes both the Amazon MP3 store and Amazon Cloud Player (US-only). Shop for music and play music stored on your device. In the US version, play or download music stored in Amazon Cloud Drive.

You can play music stored on your device and music you’ve saved to Cloud Drive, Amazon’s secure online storage space. Save your music to Cloud Drive by shopping the Amazon MP3 store and choosing to “Save to your Amazon Cloud Drive” when prompted after order completion.
Download your music collection from Cloud Drive to your Android device so you can play your music when offline or to reduce data plan usage.

== UPDATE: For customers with large numbers of songs added to the download queue ==
This release includes fixes to prevent this from happening again. In addition, if you have more than 100 songs (not playlists, albums, or artists) from Cloud Player in your download queue, they will be removed the first time the new version runs. This will only happen once.

If you want to clear everything from your queue manually, this can be done by clearing the Amazon MP3 app data as described below. Please note that this will also wipe out any music the Cloud Player has cached while streaming from Cloud Drive and reset all of your Amazon MP3 app preferences. Downloaded music will not be affected, but you will need to sign in again, and the initial download of your Cloud Player music information may take several minutes.

To clear all Amazon MP3 app data:
(There may be some variations to these steps due to Android OS version differences and manufacturer’s design choices)
1) From your Android home screen (not Amazon MP3), press the Menu button and select "Settings"
2) In the Settings list, tap "Applications", then "Manage Applications"
3) Find "Amazon MP3" in the list and tap it. If it is not listed, change the filter to show All Apps. The filters are either in tabs or are found by pressing the Menu button
4) On the new screen for Amazon MP3, tap "Force Close" and then "Clear Data". Accept any prompts required. (Note: "Clear Data" is different from "Clear Cache".)
a. After Force Close, you may need to press the Back button and then select Amazon MP3 again to see the Clear Data button.
b. "Clear Data" may not be visible in some versions of Android. In this case, please:
1. Press "Uninstall Updates" and accept any prompts
2. Again select"Amazon MP3" from the Manage Applications list. It may be called "MP3 Store" .
3. Now, the "Clear Data" button should be available.
4. IMPORTANT: Install the latest version of Amazon MP3 from the Android Market or Amazon Appstore.
